About this position
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Overseas Commercial Executive. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating Overseas Commercial to support the company's operations at a regional level. The role focuses on supporting sales and marketing strategies for each country.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of overseas commercial projects.
• Conduct market analysis and adjust strategies to align with each country.
• Report project performance and collaborate with international teams.
• Develop a Master Plan for each country for operations, analyze and identify market opportunities, support for setting business goals and KPIs.
• Plan resource allocation and budgeting for assigned projects.
• Monitor performance outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve the strategy.
• Monitor promotion plans and extra discounts to align with business strategies.
• Analyze the impact of promotions and special pricing on sales and profitability.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Experience working in International Commercial, particularly in Sales and Marketing with understanding of sales processes and strategies.
• Able to manage projects efficiently.
• Strong data analytical skills and can collaborate smoothly with various departments.
• Ability to communicate across different cultures.
