Learning and Development Manager
About this position
Our growing company is looking to fill the role of Learning & Development Manager, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s training and professional development programs to ensure employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed and create a training matrix for all employees.
• Design and implement comprehensive L&D programs through various type of learning solution that address the needs of the organization and its employees including competency master.
• Lead L&D sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Responsible for learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related tools.
• Work closely with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• At least 5 years experience in Learning & Development.
• Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills, creative thinking, self-motivated, and result-driven.
• Knowledge of software packages such as SAP HCM will be an advantage.
• Good communication in English.
