About this position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with the Top Executive in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategies, and hiring needs to accomplish short and long-term operational goals.
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth driving to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning & budget.
• Formulate and adopt production policies, standards procedures and practices to all TOA overseas territories and any new initiatives to ensure that appropriate operation controls, administrative and reporting procedures, people and systems are in place for the company's effective performance.
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity. Establish a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
• Empower the production teams with the leadership and resources they need to complete operations objectives successfully.
• Report on production performance and develop plans and performance metrics to improve relevant key target results.
Requirements
• At least a bachelor’s in Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• At least 5 years of Management level.
• Knowledge in business functions such as Manufacturing, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Procurement, and more.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset that translates into leadership skills.
• Ability to inspire employees to live up to their potential and optimize their productivity.
• Ability to communicate vision to Top executives and vitalize it to company employees.
• Deep understanding of financial policies and procedures, including but not limited to auditing, and budgeting.
• Works well under pressure, and can handle and delegate workload effectively.
