About this position
The Sales Modern Trade Manager (Appliance) is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for the Modern Trade channel, managing the sales team, and establishing relationships with clients to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the Modern Trade channel (appliance products) to achieve company objectives.
• Manage the sales team and establish strong relationships with Modern Trade clients, including department stores and major retail chains.
• Negotiate and manage business agreements and contracts with partners.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, such as marketing and procurement, to ensure alignment in operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Modern Trade sales, particularly in appliance products or consumer goods.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with problem-solving expertise.
• Strategic thinker with the capability to plan for long-term goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant analytical tools.
