Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pump or industrial equipment industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
• Technical knowledge of pump systems and applications is highly desirable.
