About this position

The Sales Manager (Water Pump) is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for pump products to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create strategic plans to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and product positioning.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Track sales performance and generate regular reports to present to executive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pump or industrial equipment industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
• Technical knowledge of pump systems and applications is highly desirable.
