The Sales Manager (Reseller) is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the reseller network and achieve sales targets while building strong relationships with resellers.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the reseller network and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, providing support and guidance to optimize their performance.
• Monitor and analyze reseller sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct training sessions to equip resellers with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to create promotional campaigns and address reseller needs.
• Explore new market opportunities and propose strategies to grow the reseller network.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably with a focus on resellers or channel sales.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of reseller distribution channels.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for business purposes.
