The Sales Manager (Industrial) is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets, while building relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets for industrial products.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Prepare and present performance reports and sales forecasts to the management team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial products or related sectors.
• Proven track record of managing a sales team is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide for business operations.
