About this position

The QC Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality department's routine administration, improving work efficiency and quality, and ensuring compliance with quality standards in the production of industrial fans and blowers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality department routine administration and improving work efficiency and quality.
• Represent quality department to do internal and external coordination and contact.
• Set up quality and project control rules and monitors the execution.
• Responsible for quality cost control.
• Develop and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant materials and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
• Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system.
• Monitor all projects. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in mechanical engineering, welding or other related.
• Experienced in welding inspection, cutting, folding, metal coiling.
• Experienced in ISO 9001:2015.
• Has worked or has worked in Fabrication / Construction (Piping/Structure/Equipment).
• English language skills.
• Certificate in NDE (MT,PT,RT), VT, UT, WIP, CWI will be given special consideration.
