About this position

The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and developing sales strategies for industrial products in international markets, managing customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop sales strategies for industrial products in international markets.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base overseas.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to create effective sales and marketing plans.
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targeted goals.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Export Sales or related roles.
• Experience in selling industrial products is a plus. (Water pump, Motor, Industrial fan)
• Strong command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Excellent market analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Strong negotiation and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel abroad as required.
