About this position

The Business Intelligence Section Manager is responsible for developing dashboards and analytical solutions to support departmental needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing outsourced suppliers for program development.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards using Power BI to support departmental needs across the organization.
• Develop and maintain existing systems to meet internal customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Collect requirements from various departments and create development concepts and logical documentation for the software development lifecycle.
• Manage outsourced suppliers for program development to support business units within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Prior experience in project management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with database query languages (e.g. SQL) is a plus.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
