About this position
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation for board and shareholders meetings, application forms and relevant supporting documents for registration with the government authorities
• Preparation of the corporate documents to comply with the laws and regulations
• Assisting with annual meeting of stockholders, completing annual filings for subsidiaries
• Liaising with clients and government authorities etc.,
• Maintaining minute books and corporate documents of the clients
• Assist team in carrying out responsibilities.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law;
• Basic knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Interested in corporate field preferably with an international firm
• Able to deal and/or communicate with government authorities and clients
• Good time management skills.
