About this position
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) & COE is responsible for designing and implementing HRM and people practices in collaboration with business managers to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
• Review & Design HRM & people practices
• Work with business managers to implement people strategies and activities within the organization such as manpower, competency, performance, and succession planning.
• Point of contact for line managers
Requirements
• At least bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• 2 years experienced in any job related to people management
• Demonstrate good understanding of people challenges
• Knowledge about people practices in one of the following areas: organization structure, succession planning, performance management, career management.
• Able to use data, metrics and evidence to drive decision making about people issues
