About this position
Responsibilities
• จัดทำ/สรุปข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการขาด ลา มาสาย ของพนักงาน
• รายงานกองทุนเงินทดแทน ประกันสังคม กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ ฯลฯ
• งานแรงงานสัมพันธ์และสวัสดิการพนักงาน เช่น ชุดฟอร์ม การตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี ประกันกลุ่ม เป็นต้น
• ส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างพนักงานกับบริษัท
• ให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบของบริษัทแก่พนักงาน
Requirements
• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จิตวิทยาอุตสาหกรรมและองค์การ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน, ประกันสังคม และภาษีเงินได้
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Business plus ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์
• มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดีสามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อืนได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถปฏิบัติงานทุกวันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์ได้
