About this position
The Sales Executive (Northern) is responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, expanding sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
• Expanding sales in existing accounts by introducing new products.
• Gaining a clear understanding of customer's business and requirements.
• Reviewing and analyzing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Gathering and updating market and customer information.
• Liaising with customer and operations team for ensuring the accuracy and on time transportation arrangement.
• Following and controlling customer payment.
• Organizing customer visits, conferences and or events to promote company’s product, and strengthening relationships with customers.
• Controlling Sales Forecast for accuracy, and expenses.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field, Engineering is the advantage.
• Excellent multiple stakeholders & Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with the ability to establish adequate personal and professional relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication & problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with excellent service-mindedness.
• Self-motivated with a “Can do attitude”.
• Able to mobile & work in up-country areas, 70% of working time.
