About this position
TikTok is seeking talented individuals for an internship in 2025, focusing on the e-commerce sector. The role offers students industry exposure and hands-on experience, contributing to TikTok's mission of inspiring creativity and bringing joy.
Responsibilities
Monetization package development:
• Identify potential partners to pitch monetization initiatives/packages
• Craft and refine external materials such as pitch decks to partners & brands
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate activation of marketing assets & resources, in collaboration with external brands & partner
• Conduct real-time monitoring and post-campaign analysis to track partnership revenue, and performance of brand partners during campaigns
Campaign Planning And Operations:
• Support teams in the execution of platform and category operations tasks
• Provide strategic recommendations and trend analysis to improve overall campaign performance
• Design and plan new campaigns or suggest improvement of existing campaigns
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently studying preferably a Marketing, Data or Business-related major/specialization
• Solid project management skills, communication skills, team collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership
• Strong learning aptitude and attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior internships in marketing, partnerships, and/or monetization
• Basic understanding of internet/e-commerce advertising solutions/business
• Comfortable with data and possess attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and capable of working
