About this position

TikTok is seeking talented individuals for an internship in 2025, specifically for the position of TikTok Shop - Fashion Strategist Intern in Thailand. This role offers students industry exposure and hands-on experience in the rapidly growing e-commerce sector.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in data analysis to develop strategic plans aimed at increasing GMV and driving profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine initiatives, ensuring alignment with team objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to facilitate strategic planning and monitor key data metrics.
• Lead the ideation, initiation, and tracking of projects, ensuring efficient execution and follow-through.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled University student.
• Proficient in Excel, with expertise in functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Thai.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in data processing and interpretation.
