About this position
TikTok is seeking passionate and talented individuals to join their product and operations team for the TikTok Shop - Campaign & Community position in the FMCG sector in Thailand. The role focuses on building an innovative e-commerce ecosystem and enhancing brand awareness on the TikTok platform.
Responsibilities
• Build user awareness of e-commerce on TikTok platform
• Plan the annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, a specific category or a specific portfolio of products, execute against the plan by coordinating xFN teams, and conduct post-mortem analysis
• Manage social handles with marketing team, and collaborate with marketing, operation and growth teams to build e-commerce brand awareness
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
• 3 years+ of experience in e-commerce campaign planning and execution for major local e-commerce platforms
• Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data-oriented
• Good at communication and coordination of cross functional teams
• Proficient in English and Thai language
