About this position

TikTok is seeking a B2B Marketing & PR Specialist for its TikTok Shop in Thailand. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and user engagement, while collaborating with various teams to drive the success of TikTok Shop in the SEA region.

Responsibilities

• Project Management:
• Develop strategic seller marketing communication through seller's marketing channels and PR news
• Manage key tasks with external agencies e.g. PR agencies or media agencies to develop holistic seller marketing plan
• Initiate suitable marketing activations based on business objectives, both regional and local team's directions
• Execution:
• Responsible for the end-to-end execution of B2B marketing communication, including creative assets development, budget management, agency management, PR communication development and media coverage tracking
• Conduct seller/creator showcases or seller/creator interviews to develop seller's communication and PR news to amplify seller's success through key channels
• Make data-driven decisions for content improvement and media budget optimization
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Coordinate closely with seller management team, commercial team and corporate communication team to align business direction and gather cross-functional team's requirements
• Collaborate with the design team and external agencies for creative assets development with suitable formats for target audience of each channels
• Cooperate with regional teams to provide updates and country's action plan

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of work experience with B2B marketing (platform-to-seller) or public relations
• Proficiency in both earned and paid PR media
• Strong executional ability, and high attention to detail for content accuracy
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management
• Social media management and event marketing is a plus
