About this position

TikTok is looking for a Assortment Growth Lead to drive growth for TikTok Shop’s newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing assortment strategy, acquisition, and platform efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assortment Strategy: Develop qualitative and quantitative data research, form overall assortment strategy, and identify demand-supply gap
• Assortment Acquisition & Incubation: Define target for Acquisition team, incubate and grow key sellers
• Assortment Platform Efficiency: Work with platform operation team to grow target merchant and assortment’s control share
• Partner with regional product & tech teams to create scalable processes with technology as backbone

Requirements

• Past relevant eCommerce experience leading assortment strategy and driving end to end life cycle of acquisition to incubation to scalable growth
• Experience in working with cross categories, platforms, functions, and product domain teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in startups and technology
• Structured thinking, hypothesis driven, comfortable with numbers
