About this position

TikTok is seeking passionate and talented individuals to join their product and operations team in the e-commerce sector, focusing on account management for electronics in Thailand. The role involves driving growth for merchants and enhancing customer experience on the platform.

Responsibilities

- Acquire and incubate brands, principals and big merchants that contribute large GMV share
- Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
- Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs
- Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- fresh or up to 2 years experience in ecommerce; direct experience in relevant categories preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logic and problem solving skill
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Excel and ppt
