About this position

The Global eCommerce - Search Operations Quality Assurance position at TikTok involves optimizing content operation and strategy for the E-Commerce project, focusing on quality and safety of content, identifying risks, and collaborating with other departments to improve project standards.

Responsibilities

• Content operation & strategy optimization on the search suggestion feature for the E-Commerce project.
• Focus on quality and safety of E-Commerce content, understanding business progress, and helping with product function optimization iterations.
• Identify potential risks and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborate with supervising departments to optimize project working standards.
• Handle additional responsibilities related to the role.
• Willingness to work with sensitive issues such as child exploitation, religious and political views, violence, and adult content.

Requirements

• Open to shift work hours.
• QA experience in moderation projects or familiar with RCA.
• Good English proficiency, Bachelor's degree or above.
• Good judgement in ambiguous situations and providing timely feedback.
• Ability to work in a high tempo environment and respond to daily challenges.
• Resilience and commitment to self-care.
• Frequent use of TikTok and familiarity with Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook.
• Knowledge of search trending related businesses preferred.
• Familiarity with common office software and search operation experience preferred.
• Bonus points for team management experience.
