About this position

The Content Moderator position at TikTok involves ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform, as well as developing and maintaining standards for online community security.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Develop, improve, and maintain standards for the security of online communities.
• Improve content management strategy for platforms.
• Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates policies.

Requirements

• Fast learner and good communicator fluent in English and Thai.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• Attention to detail and passion for maintaining high work standards.
• Resilience and persistence in handling routine tasks efficiently.
• Active usage and interest in short video platforms.
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of global/regional current affairs.
• Familiarity with internet laws and regulations.
• Experience in BPO/call center/customer service environment is a plus.
