Campaign Operations Manager
About this position
The Campaign Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and executing local live streaming events in Thailand, collaborating with various departments, and improving regional revenue indicators through high-quality activities. They will also be in charge of launching marketing activities, cooperating with partners, and enhancing the brand image of TikTok LIVE.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the planning and operation of local live streaming events in Thailand, including content creative planning and program implementation
• Launch marketing activities based on industry and festival hot spots
• Cooperate with the media, integrate platform resources, plan LIVE broadcast programs and activities
• Improve TikTok LIVE's visibility and influence, and enhance TikTok LIVE's brand image
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5 years of experience in content, campaign, marketing, or partnerships roles
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven
• Experience in using data analysis to justify business decisions
• Experience in tech & media industry is advantageous
• Candidates with connections in modeling, media, TV, celebrities, and live streaming applications are preferred
• Experience in building and managing a team is advantageous
• Strong business acumen in emerging industries
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to work in an international and diverse environment
