About this position

ตำแหน่งหัวหน้าทีมผลิตมีหน้าที่ควบคุมคุณภาพสินค้าและการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน รวมถึงดูแลพนักงานและพื้นที่การผลิต.

Responsibilities

• ควบคุมคุณภาพสินค้า และขั้นตอนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
• ควบคุมการผลิตให้ได้ปริมาณสินค้าตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ควบคุมดูแลพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตให้สามารถผลิตสินค้าได้ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ดูแลรับผิดชอบความสะอาดพื้นที่ ๆ รับผิดชอบ
• จัดทำรายงานปริมาณสินค้าและวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการผลิตเพื่อรายงานผู้บังคับบัญชา
• ตรวจสอบเครื่องจักรในอยู่ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ
• ปฏิบัติตนเองเพื่อเป็นภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของบริษัท

Requirements

• วุฒิ ปวช. - ปวส. สาขา ช่างกลโรงงาน เทคนิคการผลิต หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การเป็นหัวหน้างาน
• มีความขยัน อดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• สามารถทำงานเข้ากะ และทำโอทีได้
