About this position
Responsibilities
• Take care of New Balance, Lululemon and other brands.
• Maintain the NB’s Supply chain collaboration (SCC) System and manage RMPO operation, Workflow for NB (Processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and handing returns or claims).
• Coordinating shipments and ensuring timely updates to clients.
• Collaborating with Sales teams and other related teams to meet customer requirement.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in International Business, Logistics or related fields.
• 3-5 Years of experience in the customer service, sales or logistics field.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to analyze issues and provide solutions.
• Understanding of Import/Export documentation requirement and customs regulation.
• Proficiency in ERP Software and Microsoft office, Ability to handle multiple tasks.
