About this position

The Account Payable Officer is responsible for managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and supporting monthly financial closing activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Accounting: mainly as AP
• Prepare to process transfers and payment
• Collecting Accounting data and expenses by Excel file and input in company data base
• To prepare tax and submit to government
• Complete payments & Control expenses, verify & reconcile invoice preparing statement & monthly report
• Support for monthly closing
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting field
• At least 0-3 years experience in Accounting field
• Good command in Microsoft Office especially Excel
