Senior Commercial Staff (Chinese language)
About this position
The position is supporting Commercial Manager in order to building customer relationships to identify new business opportunities, assigning resources in order to win new business. Organize and leading team to participate new business screening process and obtain approval. Preparing and submission of quotes, and ultimately securing sales leading to successful, profitable growth for the business in Thailand and ASEAN.
Responsibilities
• Promote TI Fluid Systems products to existing and potential customers, with a view to securing Requests for Quotation (“RFQs”)
• Coordinate/develop product costing and timing plans to ensure complete and accurate quotation packages.
• Leading team to prepare Screening proposals according to company requirements to obtain approval for new business proposals.
• Build and maintain the positive customer relationships to create a positive image for TI Fluid Systems within the market, while protecting the Company’s interests.
• Be the “face of the customer” within the organization to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and that needs are appropriately addressed.
• Monitor, Maintain and Identify opportunity to improve contribution margins (CM%) on all products.
• Work with manager to lead customer negotiations on pricing and cost/margin recovery to ensure company profit objectives are met.
• Leadership role through the product development and introduction process, including active participation in AQP.
• Track quotation outcomes including margins at which business is won and lost.
• Monthly reporting of local industry conditions, STF and RF, business won/lost, Screening status and any other reports as may be required and assign by supervisor.
• Preparing information for MPT (Mid Term Plan) and Maintain Sale update on data base.
• Supervise sale engineer to meet the assignment.
• Have a duty to responsible and cooperating on the environment, safety and quality of the company
• supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility
• developing, leading and promoting a culture in the organization that supports the intended outcomes of the OH&S management system.
• protecting workers from reprisals when reporting incidents, hazards, risks and opportunities.
• ensuring the organization establishes and implements a process(es) for consultation and participation of workers
• supporting the establishment and functioning of health and safety committees
Requirements
• Bachelor of Engineering / Marketing or related field related field
• Strong on leadership and teamwork skill to lead and organize cross functional to support and meet requirement of task for both customer and internal.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Fluently in Chinese and English skills
• Clear understanding of the customer requirements, quotation process till won business.
• Ability to work in an unstructured and frequently stressful environment.
• High degree of self-motivation
• Good organization and time management skills
• Experienced working within the automotive industry at least 3- 5 years
