Aftersales Service Manager (EV Car)
About this position
The Aftersales Service Manager (EV Car) is responsible for establishing and implementing aftersales processes and systems for both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring efficient service delivery and product quality.
Responsibilities
• Establish and implement aftersales processes for both B2B and B2C customers.
• Develop and implement aftersales systems in collaboration with mega dealers.
• Set up processes for spare parts ordering, flow management, stock control and pricing.
• Establish service centers and systems to support both B2B and B2C customers.
• Develop and implement training programs for mechanics and service advisors within dealer networks.
• Create processes to manage product usage and address quality issues.
• Collaborate with the manufacturer and dealers to resolve issues and enhance product quality.
• Design and manage efficient customer delivery processes for dealers and B2B customers.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of process owner manuals and all related documentation.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in aftersales, technical or service roles in automotive industry (experience with EV cars is preferred).
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management position.
• Proven ability to develop and implement aftersales processes and strategies.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
