PMT THE HOUR GLASS offers exquisite creations from world-renowned brands such as Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Rolex, Richard Mille, and Chopard. Moreover, this premier luxury retailer is also Thailand’s exclusive distributor of timekeepers from Hublot, Parmigiani Fleurier, Ulysse Nardin, and Girard–Perregaux. In addition to the international brands, PMT THE HOUR GLASS is the only location in the Kingdom where collectors can find timepieces from some of the most celebrated artisans in contemporary horology, including MB&F, Urwerk, De Bethune, Kari Voutilainen, Ludovic Ballouard, and Romain Gauthier.

About this position

PMT The Hourglass, a premier luxury watch retailer, is seeking an experienced Senior Executive to join our Engagement Marketing team in Bangkok. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for sales and marketing on assigned and to manage respective team members.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Assist in tracking and managing the A&P (Advertising and Promotion) budget to ensure expenses align with approved limits.
• Prepare and submit financial claims and reports with 100% accuracy and within required timelines.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events by coordinating logistics, vendor management, and event timelines.
• Ensure all event materials and deliverables meet brand standards and contribute to achieving targeted post-event satisfaction scores.
• Oversee the logistics and delivery of client gifting programs, such as birthday cakes and corporate gifts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Collaborate with the team to implement sales promotions, particularly with credit card partners, and monitor campaign outcomes.
• Maintain and update media contact lists, fostering positive relationships with key outlets to support PR initiatives.
• Assist in ensuring all communication materials comply with media guidelines and brand regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the on-time delivery of A&P initiatives and campaigns.
• Collect and consolidate performance data for marketing activities to support KPI evaluations and reporting.
• Support the development of presentations by preparing visually engaging materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or other design programs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and clear communication of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration with Graduate Diploma in Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a brand or sales and marketing role within consumer industry
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing
• Keen eye for fashion and lifestyle trends with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, analytical and detailed
• Self-motivated, results-driven and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Proven sales track record
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good follow up skill
• Fluent in Thai and English
