Assistant Engagement Marketing Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage the allocation and utilization of the annual A&P budget for Corporate and key brands, ensuring all marketing initiatives adhere to the approved budget with minimal variance.
• Oversee the accurate and timely submission of financial claims and reports to maintain 100% compliance with internal and brand guidelines.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute event proposals within the specified timelines of brand guidelines, ensuring timely approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events and achieve targeted post-event satisfaction scores through thoughtful planning and seamless execution.
• Design and manage client gifting programs, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate inventory management for corporate and brand gifts.
• Build and maintain partnerships with credit card providers, identifying and implementing promotional campaigns that align with business and brand objectives.
• Cultivate positive relationships with key media outlets to secure complimentary media insertions and other value-added opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with media guidelines and regulations across all communication and advertising activities.
• Monitor the on-time delivery rate for all A&P initiatives and campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track and evaluate the performance of all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with pre-defined KPIs and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
• Create and deliver professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders using various tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or other design programs, ensuring visually appealing and brand-aligned materials that effectively communicate key ideas and strategies.
Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration with Graduate Diploma in Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a brand or sales and marketing role within consumer industry
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing
• Keen eye for fashion and lifestyle trends with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, analytical and detailed
• Self-motivated, results-driven and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Proven sales track record
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good follow up skill
• Fluent in Thai and English
