The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation, and coordinating logistics for both domestic and international shipments.
Responsibilities
âĒResponsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and shipping finished goods
âĒEnsures timely and accurate tracking of materials
âĒEnsures materials are received and released in a timely fashion
âĒAccurate recording of export goods
âĒWarehouse in and out documentation
âĒGoods delivery and logistics company coordination
âĒTPM of forklift and warehouse equipment
âĒMaintain customer site consignment inventory
âĒHandles domestic and international shipments
âĒPrepares necessary documents/customer requirements (ASN, Barcoding)
âĒSupervises e-booking balance and related daily operations
âĒMaintains documentation for customs, import and export goods
âĒInventory Management
âĒCycle Counting
âĒRMA material support
Requirements
âĒBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
âĒProven experience as a Warehouse management in the HVAC industry.
âĒStrong understanding of HVAC systems, project management methodologies.
âĒExceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
âĒExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
âĒProficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
âĒAbility to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
âĒPMP certification is a plus.
âĒGood knowledge of English Language (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) with TOEIC Score of 500 or above
