About this position

The Quality Management Systems (QMS) Engineer is responsible for establishing and overseeing the quality management system, implementing IATF16949 standards, and ensuring compliance with various quality standards at the Thailand factory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the quality management system and lead team training and management at our Thailand factory & Calibration control.
• Introduce and implement the IATF16949 quality management system to enhance operational efficiency within the QMS.
• Plan and conduct annual internal reviews and periodic audits in compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, VAD6.3, and VDA6.5 standards.
• Review and assess customer quality control systems to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, facilitate plant adaptations, and sustain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with the requirements of ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, and VDA6.5, particularly for the automotive industry.
• Proficient in quality systems and familiar with the five core tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC.
• Experience in implementing and operating ISO9001 and IATF16949 international Quality Management Systems, adhering to customer requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage high work pressure.
• High proficiency in English.
