About this position

ตำแหน่ง QA Technician จะรับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัด เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ตรงตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่กำหนด.

Responsibilities

• Calibration of measuring instruments-verify and adjust measuring tools to ensure accurate results.
• Perform initial investigation/testing of defect / quarantined product
• Quality control- check that products meet standards by measuring various characteristics (including dimension, visual inspection and function testing)
• Support Patrol Quality audit in process - quality reports and communicate findings to relevant
• Examine measurement results to find trends or problems.
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure that products and processes meet quality standards.
• perform other duties as necessary and any special assignment from his/her supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma degree in metrology engineering, science-related field, and other related.
• Direct experience in measuring small tools, having experience for CMM, microscope, and equipment.
• Understanding QC, QA for Industrial/ Manufacturing.
• MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint
• Measuring small tools, and can read a drawing.
• Basic calibration control, Uncertainty of measuring equipment, ISO 9001
