The Senior Product Specialist will work with various teams to achieve financial goals in the Next-Generation Sequencing market segment. They will focus on strengthening customer relationships, driving growth, and expanding market penetration.
Responsibilities
• Develop and lead a business plan to meet or exceed business goals
• Successfully compete to win projects against competitors
• Manage instrument install base and consumable utilization
• Enter accurate and complete customer data and sales information into the company sales database
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Genomics, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in Life Science sales or a related area, specifically in account management
• Extensive knowledge of clinical sequencing, molecular testing technologies, life science, oncology, and reproductive testing environment
• Excellent command of scientific knowledge to engage in collaborative sales process
• Relevant sales experience and expertise in the sale of CapEx lab instrumentation
• Strong communication and written command of English (technical) language
