Store Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop store strategies to achieve budget revenue and all KPIs of the store and Fashion BU; participate in products assortment and allotment, store P&L, and customer experience.
• Coordinate with other specific departments to facilitate growth and achieve target.
• Monitor and Manage operation and customer experience.
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent services.
• Engage on customer centricity to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
• Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage appropriate store’s stock and ensure inventory management to prevent overstocking and understocking of products.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, sale loss, etc.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers both complaints and grievances.
• Motivate and develop team, recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training staff with evaluation.
• Mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff to improve staff’s knowledge base.
• Maintain and develop store staff by improving store performance and career path.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Experience in any retail business such as fashion and luxury retail.
• Very good command of both spoken and written English and Thai.
• Strong Management and communication skills.
• Pro-active, able to make decisions and solve problems.
• Adaptable, positive mind-set and team oriented.
• Able to manage, motivate, coach, and develop people.
• Service orientation and customer centric.
• Good computer and analytical skills.
