The Siam Gypsum Industry (SGI) or “Elephant Gypsum Board” was established in July 1982 to manufacture and supply gypsum wall and ceiling solutions. It categorizes Elephant Gypsum Board products into 6 categories: gypsum boards, gypsum tiles, metal profiles, gypsum compounds, gypsum partition systems, and accessories for walls and ceilings. In 2021, Elephant Gypsum Board changed its main shareholders and entered into a joint venture with Knauf, the world's leading building materials company, and Siam Cement Group (SCG), the leading innovative construction materials and chemicals company in Thailand. Elephant Gypsum Board currently operates three factories and has a production capacity of more than 100 million square meters of gypsum boards per year, allowing it to meet the needs of customers throughout the country, including customers in more than 28 countries. The factory is located in SIL Industrial Estate, which has two factories in Saraburi province and one in Southern Industrial Estate Chalung in Songkhla, with the head office in Bangkok. About this position

The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for managing trade marketing activities, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring effective implementation of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Find suppliers and create creative briefs for designing, producing, and installing marketing materials such as signs, posters, banners, premium items, and digital media.
• Conduct data analysis to develop, propose, and implement effective trade programs.
• Review bills or purchase documents and input data to prepare weekly purchase reports.
• Coordinate, issue purchase documents (PR/PO/PRQ), process invoices (GR), handle tax clearances, and follow up on various financial documents.
• Responsible for opening master records for stores, tracking documents, and updating information in the system.
• Coordinate and collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, sales, finance, and factories.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
• Occasionally travel to other provinces to organize activities such as marketing events and market surveys.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Photoshop/Illustrator is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and an easy-going nature.
• Commitment to assigned tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing administration or sales administration.
