The Industrial Plasters Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and providing market insights to drive business growth in the industrial plaster sector.
Responsibilities
Sales Performance
• Achieve sales targets for volume, revenue, market share, and contribution across all industrial plaster products and services.
• Track sales progress from inquiry to order closure, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
• Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding customer relationships.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of annual strategic plans.
Market Information and Sales Analysis
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback for up-to-date area analysis.
• Submit monthly reports, offering insights on market trends, customer performance, and sales opportunities, and share market insights and recommendations for business development during monthly meetings.
• Provide feedback to management on emerging trends and market dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
Customer Management
• Manage key account relationships through effective CRM, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Establish new accounts and expand business opportunities.
• Oversee customer satisfaction surveys and resolve complaints.
Collaboration & Coordination
• Work with manufacturing teams to ensure consistent product quality.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop customer-tailored products based on market trends.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics to ensure smooth order management and fulfillment.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Ceramic Science, Material Science or related fields.
• Analytical skills, with the ability to understand market trends, customer performance, and identify corrective actions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Customer-oriented and service mind.
• Flexible to travel both domestic and international.
• Able to work independently.
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, sales technical support, market analysis, or business development, preferably in the industrial sector or similar industry.
