HR Supervisor (Plasterboard Line)
About this position
The HR Supervisor (Plasterboard Line) is responsible for overseeing various HR functions at the Saraburi Plant, ensuring alignment with corporate values and compliance with regulations while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
• Promote corporate values and cultures
• Apply annual action plan to align with business and HR Strategy
• Update headcount for HR report
• Maintain SB database of Job Descriptions, Position Profile and Hay Job Evaluations
• Maintain and communicate company performance management guideline
• Consolidate requests for catch-up training, verify budget availability, produce and discuss plan (short-term) with HO HRD team
• Assist HO team on SB recruitment process
• Pre-screen and select candidates to supervisory positions through: Job Description, Position Profile vs. CV analysis
• Interviews and test results evaluation
• Process employment contracts and related documentation
• Integrate new hires in employee database and payroll
• Conduct exit interview for supervisory positions
• Analyze practices in labor market and competitors through C&B surveys
• Develop company salary structure and benefits schemes
• Assist line managers in implementing changes
• Supervise payroll and benefits administration
• Maintain positive relationships with employees, and strive to prevent conflicts
• Update company's rules & regulations, ensure legal compliance and alignment with company policies, communicate to employees
• Advise line managers on company policies, rules and regulations
• Organize social activities
• Comply and promote company health & safety policy in performing own job
• Monitor and control own subordinate to work safely
• Conduct risk assessment of own section
• Monitor and control working of security guards
• Manage plant cleanliness
• Cooperate with government local official for building tax, Plant Licence
• Follow up local regulation such as environment regulation in order to plant comply with all regulation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Good command in English
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office applications. Knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, Well-organized, Ability to manage a complexity, Independent and Willingness to go beyond.
• Collaborative and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving to address HR-related issues and contribute to solutions.
• Acting with integrity and professional manners.
• Knowledge and skills in labor law and human resources relations
• Minimum 5 years direct experience in Human Resources Management.
• Work experience in manufacturing at a multinational company and/or in the building materials industry.
