R&D Supervisor (Food Ingredients)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Initiate and develop new products, new concepts and new applications.
• Maintain and update information about food trends and technology, food safety, raw materials, food regulations.
• Develop and improve applications using knowledge of industrial standards, country specific and client requirements.
• Work in a close collaboration with Sales/Marketing and other departments to support the project.
• Manage and supervise team members to develop prototype to meet customer needs.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Sciences or related field.
• About 3 years’ experience in R&D, production, QA or related field.
• Knowledgeable in various food technology, applications, food safety, raw materials, food regulations.
• Experiences in culinary and meat processing will be given special consideration.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Good command in MS Office and computer skills.
• Good command of English.
