About this position

A Reliability Leader at Goodyear is committed to prioritizing safety and fostering a 'zero accident - absolute safety' culture. Ideal candidate will enhance people management by improving behavior, performance, and engagement through clear career plans, competency leveling, and promoting ownership and integrity. Additionally, the Reliability Leader will develop maintenance skills across all areas to ensure high-quality execution of activities. This role is vital in promoting a strong safety culture, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the reliability of our operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Management of KPIs of their responsibility area.
• Drive the actions to support SHO in the maintenance areas.
• Audit the execution of maintenance according systems and processes defined.
• Ensure that 100% of the maintenance tasks are done with Work order.
• Management of maintenance activities (CM, PM, PdM).
• Provide resource to maintenance execution and continuous develop the organizational capability in your area.
• Optimization the process of maintenance with focus on efficiency and losses reduction (PMO).
• Cost accountability in areas of responsibility.
• Feeding the base date of your team through.
• Use of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support Plant Optimization.
• Drive the craftsman to achieve the Asset Management culture. (Pam).
• Managing human capital with integrity (Hmc, Int).
• Continuous skills development and improve competency-based knowledge and lessons learned.
• Defect elimination Culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in maintenance and/or engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a Union environment.
• Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment.
• Thorough understanding of maintenance systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Customer focus, both internal and external.
• Background in scheduling, safety and project management.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader).
• Problem-solving skills and mentality.
