About this position

The Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing financial statements, verifying documents, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for the company and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Consolidated Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement
• Prepare some Journal vouchers
• Verify Payment vouchers and Receive vouchers
• In charge of correct and on-time monthly Financial Statement and all account details
• Verify related documents and prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement for subsidiaries
• Verify Bank Reconciliation
• Verify Withholding tax (Por. Ngo Dor 3, 53)
• Prepare and Verify Inventory stock card and cost of Books
• Verify monthly VAT reconciliation (Por. Por. 30)
• Prepare and verify corporate income tax return form (Por. Ngo. Dor 50, 51)
• Involved in preparing and submitting SET documents to SET online
• Smoothly coordinate with the concerned party to get work done
• Some tasks as assigned by the Finance and Accounting Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in accounting
• At least 5-10 years experience in accounting field
• Understand and good in accounting based on IFRS and or TAS as well as consolidated financial statement will be an advantage
• Enable to use accounting software program
• Good/ fair command of excel, word, power point etc.
• Good/fair command of English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
