Human Resource Specialist (C&B)
About this position
The Human Resource Specialist (C&B) is responsible for supporting the HR Manager in defining a competitive compensation package, managing C&B tasks, maintaining staff records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
• Support the HR Manager to define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation package aligned with the company's strategy and business goals.
• Managing overall C&B tasks, implementing, and maintaining company policies and procedures.
• Update and maintain of all staff records and ensure that files and HR database are accurate and up to date.
• Report employee information to authorities as necessary (social security, taxes, etc.)
• Prepare and store employment document and letters for employees /i.e. promotion, demotion, lateral move, documents for termination purpose, certificates, etc.
• Ensure statutory reports and documents are accurately prepared and submitted in time to the appropriate Government agencies.
• Provide support to line managers and HR Employee Engagement in employee relations issues.
• Manage local benefits programs and ensure the programs are effectively administered end to end, either internally or by outsourced partners e.g. Insurance.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects related to HR processes (payroll, rewards, benefits, employee relations activities, insurance, etc.)
Requirements
• Minimum with bachelor’s degree in related fields with deep HR C&B knowledge and expertise.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR related field; compensation, benefits, payroll, commission, provident fund, social security.
• Proficient in computer literacy, especially in Excel and Reporting; and experience in HR payroll is advantageous.
• Strong and proven analytical, systematic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, under pressure and as a team as well as independently.
• Good interpersonal skills, planning & organizing and strong service-minded skills.
