About this position

PT Arnott's Indonesia is seeking a highly engaged and passionate Vendor Quality Material Support in Bekasi, responsible for completing a specialized database containing raw material information.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
• extracting and interpreting data from supplier raw material documentation and vendor/ingredient databases to complete a specific ingredient related internal database.
• conducting raw material risk assessments,
• liaising with internal and external stakeholders across the ANZ region,
• ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date to support risk-based decision-making.

Requirements

Ingredients you will need to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor Degree preferably from Food Technology with minimum 1 – 2 years experiences in Quality.
• Experience in Raw Material Risk Assessment is preferrable.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely in English, verbally and in writing, and to summarise document extracts.
• Able to analyse, comprehend and assess data and QA technical documents presented in multiple formats in English and from a variety of MS Office and custom software based systems.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Pro-active, positive and flexible team player.
