About this position

PT Arnott's Indonesia is seeking a highly engaged and passionate Engineering Team Leader responsible for execution & monitoring of repair activities, as well as developing preventive & corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities of the shift engineering process in order to reduce machinery down time, run effective, efficient, orderly and controlled cover issues: Safety, Efficiency, Quality, Cost
• Do preventive & corrective maintenance to avoid machinery breakdown.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture of safety, quality and excellence in all aspects of work.
• Drive and provide relevant training to increased skills / capabilities of employees to be a multi-skill employees
• Lead DSS briefing to engineering team with main focuses are Safety, Quality and Efficiency (down time)
• Ensure Coordination meeting (SAG and PM audit) focusing in area for improvement and safety issue.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic subject with minimum 1 year experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment
• Having PLC experiences is preferable
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage diverse group and influence, deploy and manage strategic initiatives
• Confidence and integrity
• Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in a FMCG environment
