Area Sales Manager
About this position
The Arnott's Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager based in Bali to establish plans and achieve targets for the Bali Nusra Area in both traditional and modern trade channels.
Responsibilities
You will handle :
• Develop the plan and achieve secondary sales target by breakdown quarterly sales target into monthly, weekly, daily and controlling the sales target
• Maintain good relationship with distributors in area as well as key outlets in area
• Develop the plan and achieve distribution target
• Develop the plan and achieve coverage target
• Develop the plan and achieve merchandising target
• Develop team
Requirements
The ingredients to be successful:
• Bachelor Degree from any disciplines
• Experience in sales and supervising sales team minimum 3 years, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Commercial / business acumen with distributor and shopper understanding
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to details and better on planning, agile and achievement Orientation with a “Can Do” attitude
