• Engineering process in order to reduce machinery down time, run effective, efficient, orderly and controlled cover issues: Safety, Efficiency, Quality, Cost.
• Running production plan delivered as per targets in accordance with the planning especially related with low down time.
• Coordinate with other function (Production, QA, Safety) to ensure alignment program implemented as per plan agreed.
• Do preventive & corrective maintenance to avoid machinery breakdown.
• Deliver a continuous improvement culture of safety, quality and excellence in all aspects of work.
• Graduates from electrical, mechanical or instrument engineering with at least 1 year experience.
• Having packaging troubleshoot experiences is preferable.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage diverse group and influence, deploy and manage strategic initiatives.
• Initiative & Clear communication to Superior and related department in order to issue with production efficiency & plant support due to machinery break down.
