Customer Service Specialist
About this position
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling client inquiries through various channels, ensuring professional representation of the company, and contributing to team performance metrics.
Responsibilities
• To handle all incoming documents to verify the identity of Clients according to the job procedures
• To handle all incoming Clients calls according to the actual procedures
• To handle all written Clients inquiries i.e. tickets according to the existing procedures
• To respond to all Clients inquiries via chat according to the existing procedures
• To represent the Company professionally in all contacts with Clients, to follow the industry standards and internal quality criteria and thereby increase the level of Client satisfaction (incl. number of positive Client feedback)
• To address Clients in friendly and respectful manner according to the general principles of ethics
• To reach all the targets described above and summarized in the table below individually and contribute to the total monthly team performance in terms of these KPIs
• Responding promptly to client's inquiries
• Coordinate with other team, relate to customers problem and system
Requirements
• Able to work in shifts 8h / 5 day services and occasionally - weekends
• Bachelor degree in any field
• New graduates are also welcome
• Able to communicate in Thai and English
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Service minded and able to work as a team
• Professional, proactive, positive and 'can-do' attitude
