About this position

We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Recruitment & Admin Wizard to join our team in Bangkok. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while playing a key role in growing our amazing team.

Responsibilities

• Be the Office Rockstar: Greet team members and visitors with positive vibes, manage the office space, and keep our snacks & supplies stocked 🍎.
• Recruit Like a Pro: Find and screen global talent on LinkedIn, arrange interviews, and own candidate communication.
• Keep Things Organized: Handle onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and ensure our HRIS is up to date.
• Solve Problems Creatively: From shipping products to planning team events, every day is different!
• Collaborate Across Teams: Check in with employees and help them thrive.

Requirements

• A People Person: You love connecting with others and building relationships.
• Thai Native Speaker: Fluency in English is a must.
• LinkedIn Savvy: You know how to search globally and find the right talent.
• Detail-Oriented & Flexible: You’re quick to adapt and handle tasks like a pro.
