About this position

The Production Supervisor (Kitchen center) is responsible for managing all work activities in the Centralize Kitchen, ensuring quality production, and overseeing a team of 15 subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Manages all work activities in Centralize Kitchen.
• Planning manpower control
• Set up production targets (quality, production costs, and deliveries)
• Prepare daily, weekly production process.
• Manage and control raw material (RM), inventory (FG), packing material accurately
• Quality control from production to achieve the KPI targets and policies of the company
• Responsible centralize kitchen department to manage 15 subordinates and controlled all efficiency.
• Control %Yield in production process.
• Coordinate with various related department
• Maintain GHP,BRC,HALAL and ISO system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Must have at least 5 years centralized kitchen experience.
• At least 3 years working in management field
• GHP,BRC,HALAL and ISO system knowledge
