Oversea Purchasing Officer (Japanese supplier)
About this position
The Oversea Purchasing Officer is responsible for managing the ordering process and coordinating with Japanese suppliers, requiring strong communication skills in Japanese.
Responsibilities
• Responsible in Ordering process and co-ordinate with supplier (Japanese communication skill required)
• Issue Purchase order.
• Review the order from each BU.
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in term of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services.
• Compare the price with other supplier and market.
• Sourcing New Product & Others Uobs assigned by Manager.
• To support & assist in all procurement operational process to ensure compliance to policies, procedure & practical.
• To follow up delivery and all required documents with the vendors.
• To prepare data and information for the purchasing report.
• Others jobs assigned by Manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or any related field.
• At least 1-2 year experiences in overseas procurement or purchasing function.
• Strong purchasing, negotiation skills.
• Computer literacy is a must (MS-Excel, MS-Word, Internet).
• Good Communication both Japanese & Thai.
